Members' Exhibition at the Unitarian Meeting Room - Saturday 4 April 2020


​We have room to hang about 40 framed pictures and so we are limiting members to submit up to 2 framed pictures and up to 3 unframed pictures.  Your pictures do not have to be for sale so you can exhibit a piece of work that you do not wish to part with.


There is no submission fee and the Exhibition is open to Members only. A 20% commission will be taken on sales in aid of the Society.


Delivery and Pick up of Exhibits
The event runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm but we have to set it up before the opening time, so please deliver or arrange for your exhibits to be at the Unitarian Meeting Room between 8:30am and 9:00am and taken away between 3:00pm and 3:30pm.


Submissions
As space is limited those who book places first will get priority.  A final list of works must be with me by Sunday 29th March but you can ring me – Anne Smith – 01728 638793 or email: fasexhibition@gmail.com to book spaces before you have decided what to exhibit.


​To submit your pictures for the Exhibition, please click on the simple and secure ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM below which has also been sent to you by email.





Submitting your work by using the ONLINE FORM greatly simplifies the work for the Exhibition Secretary in producing the catalogue and avoids mistakes. Just fill in the online form following the instructions (ie. Capital Letters Only On The First Letter Of a Word Please) and then click on ‘Submit’. Your pictures then get automatically entered into the catalogue. If you have any problems, please call me, Anne Smith (01728 638793).
